1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of 3dlegend.com, related subdomains, client portals, workforce portals, and other digital services operated by 3D Legend operating company, LTD ("3D Legend", "we", "us", or "our"). By using the website or creating an account, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Services

3D Legend provides construction, architectural design, project management, and related professional services in Cameroon and through its digital platforms. Website content, portfolio items, blog posts, and quotations are informational and do not constitute a binding offer until confirmed in a signed quotation, contract, or invoice accepted by both parties.

3. Accounts and portal access

Client and workforce portal accounts require registration and, where applicable, admin approval. You must provide accurate information, keep credentials confidential, and notify us of unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, applicable law, or internal policies.

Documents, invoices, quotations, contracts, and project files made available through portals may be subject to additional terms shown on those documents.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the website or portals, including by attempting unauthorized access, introducing malware, scraping systems beyond normal browsing, harassing staff or users, uploading unlawful content, or interfering with security or analytics controls. Workforce attendance and location features must be used honestly and only for their intended purpose.

5. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, website content, branding, logos, text, images, plans, and software are owned by or licensed to 3D Legend and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent, except for personal, non-commercial viewing or as allowed by law.

The website may link to third-party sites or embed maps, messaging, or social tools. We are not responsible for third-party content or practices. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms.

7. Disclaimers

The website and portals are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or fitness for a particular purpose. Construction outcomes depend on site conditions, approvals, scope, and other factors outside digital systems alone.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 3D Legend is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the website or portals. Our aggregate liability for direct damages related to digital services is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the twelve (12) months before the event, or one hundred thousand (100,000) FCFA if no amount was paid, unless a higher limit is required by mandatory law.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold 3D Legend harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the website, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights, except to the extent caused by our negligence or willful misconduct.

10. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cameroon, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Parties will first attempt to resolve disputes amicably. If resolution fails, competent courts in Cameroon shall have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer or employment protections where applicable.

11. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on the website. Material changes will be noted by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
