Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 14, 2026
1. Who we are
This Privacy Policy explains how 3D Legend operating company, LTD ("3D Legend", "we", "us", or "our") processes personal data when you visit 3dlegend.com, contact us, subscribe to updates, apply for jobs, or use our client and workforce portals.
Our registered operations are based in Cameroon. For privacy questions, contact us at info@3dlegend.com or through the contact details published on our website.
2. Data we collect
We may collect: identity and contact details (name, email, phone, company); account and portal profile information; project, quotation, invoice, and contract data you submit; job application materials; communications you send us; technical data such as IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, referral source, and approximate location derived from IP address; cookies and similar technologies used for security, sign-in, and site analytics; and, where you choose to provide it, GPS or location information for portal registration or workforce attendance verification.
3. How we use data
We use personal data to operate and secure our website and portals; respond to enquiries and project requests; deliver construction, design, and related services; manage billing, quotations, contracts, and client engagements; review portal access requests and workforce attendance; send service, account, and marketing communications where permitted; improve website performance and understand visitor traffic; prevent fraud and abuse; and comply with legal obligations.
4. Analytics, cookies, and location
We use essential cookies for security, sessions, and authentication. Unless you choose "Essential only" in our cookie banner, we collect anonymous server-side visit statistics, including page path, device type, referrer, IP address, and approximate geographic location inferred from IP address or network headers. This helps us understand how the public website is used and improve reliability.
Portal registration may ask for your current location manually or through your device GPS, with your permission. Workforce attendance features may capture GPS coordinates to verify on-site presence where configured. You can refuse browser location access and provide a manual location label instead when registration allows it.
5. Legal bases and retention
We process data based on contract performance, legitimate interests (such as site security, analytics, and business operations), consent where required, and legal obligations under applicable Cameroon law and other laws that may apply to our activities.
We retain data only as long as needed for the purposes above, including accounting, dispute resolution, security logs, and regulatory requirements. Analytics visit logs are pruned according to our configured retention period.
6. Sharing and processors
We do not sell personal data. We may share data with hosting and infrastructure providers, email and messaging services, payment or document delivery tools, professional advisers, and authorities when required by law or to protect rights and safety. Service providers must handle data only under our instructions and appropriate safeguards.
7. Security and international transfers
We apply technical and organizational measures such as access controls, encryption for sensitive fields, signed document links, and activity monitoring. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect data proportionate to the risk.
If data is processed outside Cameroon, we take steps to ensure an adequate level of protection consistent with the purpose of processing.
8. Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection to certain processing, and withdraw consent where processing is consent-based. Portal users can update parts of their profile in the client portal. Contact info@3dlegend.com to exercise your rights. We may need to verify your identity before responding.
9. Children
Our services are directed at adults and business users. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children without appropriate authorization.
10. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the website after changes become effective constitutes notice of the updated policy where permitted by law.
