This Privacy Policy explains how 3D Legend operating company, LTD ("3D Legend", "we", "us", or "our") processes personal data when you visit 3dlegend.com, contact us, subscribe to updates, apply for jobs, or use our client and workforce portals.

We use personal data to operate and secure our website and portals; respond to enquiries and project requests; deliver construction, design, and related services; manage billing, quotations, contracts, and client engagements; review portal access requests and workforce attendance; send service, account, and marketing communications where permitted; improve website performance and understand visitor traffic; prevent fraud and abuse; and comply with legal obligations.

We use essential cookies for security, sessions, and authentication. Portal registration may ask for your current location manually or through your device GPS, with your permission. Workforce attendance features may capture GPS coordinates to verify on-site presence where configured.
